Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Go ahead, have a peek in your cupboards, you probably have everything you need to make these delicious little goodies.


4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Balls

200g peanut butter ( we used chunky for the extra texture)

100g brown sugar (we used coconut palm sugar but regular soft brown sugar would work)

80ml coconut oil

100g dark chocolate

Mix peanut butter, brown sugar and coconut oil together until combined and creamy.

Roll the peanut butter mix into small balls and set in fridge while you melt chocolate in a double boiler on low heat. 

Prepare a tray or plate lined with parchment paper 

Dip the peanut butter balls into melted chocolate and place onto tray. Sprinkle with sea salt and place into the fridge for at least 20 minutes to harden. These are best straight from the fridge or freezer, so keep them chilled for ultimate pleasure.
